Job Summary
The PRN Pharmacist is responsible for providing coverage across multiple pharmacy functions, including sterile compounding, prescription verification, and call center operations. This role ensures continuity of operations, regulatory compliance, and high-quality patient care while collaborating across teams to support daily workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide coverage for pharmacists across departments including sterile compounding, prescription verification, and call center operations
- Collaborate with team members across departments to ensure seamless workflow and patient care
- Accurately perform all assigned duties while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
- Support timely completion of pharmacy operations and assigned tasks
- Maintain high standards of accuracy, safety, and quality in all pharmacy-related activities
What We Require
- Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.)
- Active Pharmacist license in Texas
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail, compounding, or prescription verification
- Strong clinical knowledge and attention to detail
- Ability to work across multiple functions in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Requirement
- IV Certification
- Customer service or patient-facing experience
