Key Responsibilities:
• Support employee relations matters and respond to employee questions and concerns professionally and confidentially
• Assist with workplace investigations, policy interpretation, and HR compliance initiatives
• Manage and track leave administration processes and related documentation
• Support benefits-related compliance, including ACA and ERISA requirements
• Maintain accurate HR records and documentation
• Partner cross-functionally to support employee engagement and workplace culture initiatives
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
Preferred Background:
• Bachelor’s degree required
• 5 years of Human Resources experience, preferably focused on employee relations and compliance
• Experience using ADP Workforce Now or similar HRIS systems
• Strong understanding of employment law, HR compliance, and leave administration processes
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust across all levels of an organization
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset in a fast-paced environment
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
Salary : $75,000 - $85,000
