We are a long-standing, dynamic organization seeking a receptionist for our specialty practice.
Responsibilities:
· Greeting Patients
· Checking patients in and out
· Collection co-pays and/or outstanding balances
· Scheduling appointments
· Clerical duties; faxing, printing, scanning, and assigning charts
· Insurance eligibility verification
Qualifications include:
· Prior medical receptionist experience is preferred, but willing to train the right candidate.
· Must have excellent phone etiquette, be organized, able to multi-task and prioritize while handling a high volume of patient activity.
· Must have a pleasant voice and outgoing personality
· Must have excellent communication and customer service skills
· Experience working with Electronic Health Records (EHRs) is preferred
