Position Overview:
We’re seeking a talented Videographer & Editor to create high-quality, engaging content for our social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, etc.). This role is hands-on — from concepting and shooting to editing and delivering scroll-stopping videos that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. The ideal candidate is a highly creative, detail-oriented visual storyteller who understands what works on social platforms, stays ahead of trends, and can adapt content to different formats and audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize, shoot, and edit short-form and long-form videos tailored for social media platforms. (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, YouTube Shorts etc.)
- Create engaging, on-brand product demos, lifestyle videos, street-style content, influencer collaborations, and behind-the-scenes content.
- Must also have photography skills/capabilities.
- Work closely with the marketing and social media teams to execute content strategies and campaigns.
- Capture high-quality footage (studio and lifestyle) using a variety of formats — with DSLR/mirrorless cameras.
- Edit videos with strong attention to pacing, color grading, sound design, and visual storytelling.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends, platform updates, and emerging video styles to keep content fresh and relevant.
- Organize and manage video assets for easy access and long-term use.
- Maintain brand consistency across all content while experimenting with creative concepts to drive engagement.
- Any VFX/Graphic design is highly sought after.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in videography and video editing, preferably in social media or CPG/health & wellness.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve or similar editing software (motion graphics skills in After Effects a plus).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating ability to create engaging, polished content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, etc.
- Experience in lighting, audio recording, and composition for both studio and lifestyle shoots.
- Creative mindset with a deep understanding of social-first storytelling and content trends.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Advanced photography skills are a plus.
- Passion for health, wellness, and fitness preferred.
- Willing to work weekends for culturally relevant events, company events, interviews etc.

Salary : $75,000 - $90,000
