This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Manager located in Austin, TX. The Service Manager will oversee property maintenance operations, manage a team of maintenance professionals, coordinate repairs and maintenance projects, and ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations. Responsibilities also include maintaining property aesthetics, handling resident service requests, and working closely with property management to ensure high-quality living conditions for residents.
- Proven experience in property maintenance and management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of safety standards, building codes, and regulations
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
- Ability to handle resident service requests and ensure customer satisfaction
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Technical knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building systems
- Certification in property management or related field is a plus
