The Marketing Director at Immaculate Conception School serves as the primary liaison between the school, current families, and prospective families. This role is responsible for telling the story of the school by showcasing the people, experiences, programs, and everyday moments that make ICS a special place to learn and grow.
Essential Functions
- Social Media: Proficient in managing platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Website Management: Experience using the WordPress platform and a basic understanding of plugins such as Yoast SEO. Training will be provided on the effective use of WordPress.
- Communications: Understanding of how to utilize Constant Contact to create and manage marketing campaigns for current families.
- Video Editing: Proficient in CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or similar video editing software.
- Graphic Design: Proficient in Canva or a similar design platform.
- Analytics: Basic understanding of Google Analytics and Google Business Profile Insights.
- Maintain a cohesive and recognizable brand voice and visual identity that aligns with the school's overall marketing, communications, and enrollment objectives.
- Collaborate with the Admissions Director to support the school's enrollment goals.
Position Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum of five years of experience in public relations, journalism, marketing, business, public administration, or a closely related field.
- Experience managing social media accounts and digital marketing initiatives.
- Strong skills in marketing, strategic planning, program development, media relations, and crisis communications.
- Exceptional attention to detail, a commitment to accuracy, and the ability to produce high-quality content for both print and digital platforms.
- Demonstrated project management skills, with the ability to work independently, prioritize competing responsibilities, and meet deadlines effectively.
Pay Range: $58,000 - $62,000, Annualized
