No prior insurance experience is required. Full training and mentorship are provided.

- Connecting with individuals who have already requested information
- Providing clear and professional support during client conversations
- Explaining available benefit and coverage options in a simple way
- Assisting clients through the enrollment process step by step
- Maintaining accurate and organized client records
- Following up with clients to ensure a smooth experience
- Participating in virtual training sessions and team meetings
