AO Globe Life is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Remote Customer Service & Benefits Representatives. This is a fully remote opportunity for professionals who enjoy helping people, building relationships, and providing excellent customer support.
Individuals with experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, call centers, administrative support, or other client-facing roles are encouraged to apply. Comprehensive training and ongoing support are provided.
Responsibilities
- Connect with clients who have requested information regarding available benefits and coverage options
- Provide professional customer service and support throughout the client experience
- Explain available options and answer client questions
- Assist clients with applications and enrollment processes
- Maintain accurate and organized client records
- Follow up with clients as needed to ensure a positive experience
- Participate in virtual training sessions, team meetings, and coaching programs
- Build and maintain professional client relationships
Qualifications
- Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, call center, or related experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional and positive attitude
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to learn new skills and participate in training programs
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States or Canada
