Role Description This full-time remote role as a Licensed Insurance Agent focuses on helping working families select appropriate insurance products to meet their protection and financial needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include consulting with prospective and existing clients, explaining policy options, preparing quotes, and completing applications in accordance with regulatory and company guidelines. The role also involves following up with clients, managing policy renewals, handling basic claims-related questions, and maintaining accurate records in company systems. Licensed Insurance Agents are expected to meet sales and service goals, participate in ongoing training, and collaborate with team members and leaders to improve processes and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Insurance Sales and Insurance, with the ability to explain coverage options clearly and ethically.
- Knowledge of Insurance Brokerage practices and Finance to guide clients on policies that support their long-term financial security.
- Proven Customer Service skills, including active listening, empathy, and professional communication in remote settings.
- Relevant professional licensing as an Insurance Agent (or eligibility and willingness to obtain required licenses promptly).
- Comfort using digital tools, CRM systems, and remote communication platforms to manage client interactions and documentation.
- Ability to work independently, meet performance targets, and adhere to regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Prior experience in life or health insurance, financial services, or sales is preferred but not required.
