AO Coolers is seeking a Full Time Front Desk Customer Service Representative who will be the first point of contact for our customers—online, by phone, and in person. - Greet customers warmly and represent AO Coolers’ brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Provide online, phone, and in-person customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every interaction.
- Manage order entry, repairs, and returns, keeping detailed and accurate records.
- Support show bookings and event coordination with retail partners and customers.
- Assist with administrative and operational tasks to support sales and customer service teams.
- Use Microsoft Office Suite for communication, data entry, and tracking.
- Create and edit simple visual content for social media or marketing using Canva (a plus).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and showroom area.
- Previous customer service, retail, or administrative experience preferred.
- Strong communication and multitasking skills — able to stay organized while managing multiple priorities.
- Energetic, positive, and professional demeanor with a genuine passion for the AO Coolers lifestyle.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with order entry systems is a plus.
- Creative eye and basic graphic design ability using Canva are a bonus.
