Full-Time | Base Salary Uncapped Commission

Anytime Restoration is seeking a driven, customer-focused Client Relations Manager to support continued growth across the Twin Cities, with a focus on commercial and fire restoration opportunities. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment and takes pride in clear communication, follow-through, and results.If you're competitive, organized, and motivated by helping people while building strong referral relationships, this role offers a long-term opportunity with year-round support.

Compensation

  • Competitive base salary
  • Uncapped commission based on project value

Location & Service Area

  • Home office based in Apple Valley, MN
  • Serving the Minneapolis-St. Paul Metro and the surrounding Twin Cities area

Travel Requirements

  • On-site position
  • Light travel required on a case-by-case basis (job sites, meetings, lead generation, networking)

What You'll Do

  • Respond promptly to inbound leads and schedule site visits/initial meetings
  • Assess customer needs and follow appropriate procedures for each job type
  • Manage and upload accurate client and job information in Xcelerate (CRM)
  • Generate new business through networking, referrals, canvassing, and community involvement
  • Follow the full job lifecycle from initial contact through project completion
  • Build and maintain referral partnerships with:
  • Facility Managers
  • Property Managers
  • Assisted Living Facilities
  • Fire Departments
  • Other commercial partners
  • Support internal teams with clear scope details and documentation
  • Collaborate with Mitigation, Contents, and Rebuild teams to finalize project details
  • Track payment progress to ensure commission eligibility
  • Meet and exceed assigned sales goals and quotas
  • Creatively identify self-generated sales opportunities and pursue existing relationships that align with company goals

  • Valid driver's license
  • Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed
  • Self-motivated, ambitious, and eager to exceed expectations
