Anytime Fitness Fairhaven is seeking a high energy, people loving individual to join our team as Member Experience Staff. This is a front of house, relationship driven role where no two days look the same. You will be the first face people see when they walk through our doors and the voice they hear when they call.

This is a sales position rooted in service and coaching. You will be talking to people every day, building relationships, making phone calls, and helping prospective members take the first step toward improving their health and fitness. Industry experience is not required. Strong people skills, confidence, and a positive attitude are.

Important: If you are uncomfortable making phone calls, talking to new people, or asking someone to stop in and see the club, this is not the right position.

What You'll Be Doing

• Giving club tours to prospective members
• Calling leads and following up with potential members
• Making outbound calls and connecting with people in the community
• Responding to emails and text inquiries
• Greeting members and guests as they walk in the door
• Building relationships with our current members
• Keeping the club clean, organized, and welcoming
• Supporting daily operations and helping wherever needed

Some days will be busy. Some days will be unpredictable. Every day will involve people.

You do not need fitness industry experience. We can teach the systems. We cannot teach attitude, work ethic, or personality.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must be reliable and able to work evenings and some weekends
• Must be comfortable talking on the phone and interacting with people throughout the day
• Must be able to maintain a clean and professional environment
