Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Personal Trainer at our San Diego, CA Mission Hills location. The Personal Trainer will provide customized fitness instruction, lead individual exercise sessions, deliver expertise in nutrition, and design workout plans tailored to individual needs and goals. Daily responsibilities also include monitoring progress, motivating clients, and maintaining a clean, safe, and engaging environment that fosters health and fitness for all members.
Qualifications
- Skills in Personal Training, Fitness Instruction, and Circuit Training.
- Knowledge and experience in Nutrition and creating personalized fitness programs.
- Expertise in Sports Coaching and group exercise leadership.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate and inspire clients to meet their health goals.
- Relevant certifications in personal training, nutrition, or coaching (e.g., ACE, NASM, ISSA, or equivalent).
- CPR/AED certification is required.
- Previous experience in a fitness or health-related role is strongly preferred.
- Passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals.
