Anytime Fitness is seeking a dynamic Club Manager to lead one of our thriving locations. This role is perfect for someone with leadership skills, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a love for sales, marketing, and creating an amazing club culture.
What You’ll Do:
- Membership Sales: Use our proven system to help guests overcome roadblocks and start their fitness journeys. If done correctly, it doesn’t feel like sales—it feels like inspiring others.
- Club Promotional Marketing: Get creative! We love “guerrilla” marketing ideas and encourage social media promotion. Traditional marketing strategies are also part of the mix.
- Community Involvement: Represent the club at local events, Chamber of Commerce meetings, and community initiatives. Promote wellness and build connections.
- Networking & Employee Wellness: Work with local businesses and insurance partners to bring wellness programs to employees. Build relationships and deliver solutions that benefit everyone.
- Team Building & Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop a team of trainers and part-time staff. Create a culture of success, accountability, and fun.
- Member Experience: Ensure the club environment inspires members. Provide exceptional service, build relationships, and make the club a place people love to be.
What We’re Looking For:
- Outgoing, extroverted, and friendly personality.
- Passion for health and fitness, with a desire to inspire others.
- High-energy, motivated, and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Comfortable with sales and making outbound calls to grow membership.
- Strong leadership skills, team-oriented, and able to motivate others.
- Enjoys marketing, social media promotion, and creative campaigns.
- At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
Work Hours:
- Monday – Thursday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
- Hours may vary based on season or events. Flexibility is required.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
