Qualifications
- Strong skills in Building Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair for fitness club or commercial facilities.
- Experience in Facility Management (FM), including coordination of contractors, vendors, and maintenance schedules.
- Practical knowledge of Plumbing systems and related repairs within commercial or recreational buildings.
- Ability to design and implement Preventive Maintenance programs for mechanical, structural, and safety systems.
- Familiarity with local building codes, safety regulations, and best practices for health and fitness facilities.
- Relevant technical certification or associate/bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven ability to work on-site, manage multiple projects, and respond promptly to facility issues.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with a commitment to a safe, inclusive, and member-focused environment.
