Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and professional Executive Private Driver to provide exceptional transportation services for high-profile clients. Duties
- Safely operate luxury vehicles, including limousines, box trucks, and shuttle buses, to transport clients to various destinations efficiently and comfortably
- Maintain a clean, well-maintained vehicle to ensure a professional appearance and optimal performance
- Plan routes ahead of time, considering traffic conditions and client preferences to ensure punctual arrivals
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients with boarding, luggage handling, and addressing special requests with discretion
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections and basic mechanical checks to identify maintenance needs or safety issues
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies during every journey
- Keep detailed logs of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and vehicle condition reports for accountability and maintenance scheduling
Qualifications
- Proven experience in commercial driving, shuttle driving, or as a limousine driver with a clean driving record
- Strong background in customer service with excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance procedures and mechanical troubleshooting for various vehicle types including buses, school buses, box trucks, and limousines
- Valid driver’s license appropriate for the vehicle type; additional certifications such as
driver or bus driver license are highly desirable - Familiarity with local routes, traffic patterns, and GPS navigation tools
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure
- Prior experience in hospitality or delivering exceptional service in high-end environments is preferred
