Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and engagement.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and optimize performance.
- Lead and mentor the sales team to foster a high-performance culture.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Implement innovative sales strategies to expand market reach.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 5 years of experience in sales management or project management.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
- Passion for fitness and promoting a healthy lifestyle.
