You must earn a nationally recognized Personal Training certification within 90 days of hire (ACE, NASM, ACSM, NSCA, ISSA, etc.).
Compensation: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour

As an Anytime Fitness Coach, you’ll work with members through a variety of training formats, including:
- Fitness consultations
- 1-on-1 personal training
- Small-group training
- Deliver engaging, results-driven workouts
- Design and implement individualized programs
- Energize, motivate, and coach members through every session
- Monitor safety, heart rate, and exercise technique
- Provide modifications and progressions for all fitness levels
- Retain current members
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing education
- Address member needs and concerns with professionalism
- Support sales, programming, and member retention efforts
- Reach out to inactive members to help bring them back
- Lead with our core values at all times
- Strong knowledge of exercise technique, body mechanics, and physiology
- A passion for helping people improve their lives
- A positive, motivating energy with everyone you interact with
- Ability to stay organized and manage your time
- Comfort working with all fitness levels
