Residential Plumbing Manager

Build the plumbing division. Don't just run it.

At AnyDay Heating, Cooling & Plumbing, we don't just manage technicians — we develop them. We're growing fast here in the Triangle, and plumbing is one of our biggest opportunities on the path to $11M. We're looking for a Residential Plumbing Manager who's ready to take a department and build it into something real.

This isn't a seat-warmer role. You'd be building — not maintaining someone else's system. If you've led a plumbing team, know how to move the numbers that matter, and want to build a culture techs actually want to be part of, keep reading.

What You'll Do

Lead and grow the division

• - Own the plumbing department's growth — build the plan and drive the market share and revenue that come with it.
• - Recruit, develop, and coach a team of plumbers who take pride in the work and take care of the customer.
• - Set the standard for the field — quality, professionalism, and how we treat people's homes.

Build the process

• - Establish and enforce the SOPs that keep dispatching, field operations, and customer
• service running clean.
• - Tighten the day-to-day so nothing falls through the cracks and the team can move fast.

Own the numbers

• - Drive the KPIs that tell the truth: average ticket, conversion rate, callback rate, and labor-to-revenue.
• - Carry full P&L responsibility for the department — protect the margin, control the cost, grow the top line.
• - Know your numbers cold and be able to explain what's moving them and what you're doing about it.

Who We're Looking For

You've been in the field and you've led from the front. Your track record speaks for itself.

• - Proven experience leading or scaling a residential plumbing department or team.
• - You understand the trade from the ground up — you can talk shop with a tech and coach
• them to be better.
• - You know how to read a P&L and manage to it, not just react to it.
• - You build people. You'd rather develop a team than carry it yourself.
• - Strong communicator — with your team, with customers, and with leadership.
• - Valid NC driver's license and a clean driving record.
• - A plumbing license or field background is strongly preferred.
