At AnyDay Heating, Cooling & Plumbing, the Dispatcher is where field operations and customer experience come together. We're growing fast here in the Triangle, and we need someone sharp, organized, and calm under pressure to keep the board moving.

What You'll Do

Service Coordination & Dispatch

• Assign techs based on skill set, availability, location, and urgency — get the right person
• to the right call.
• Keep the day moving by prioritizing calls and optimizing routes to cut downtime and
• windshield time.
• Watch technician progress and adjust the board in real time to hit our service objectives.

Parts & Inventory Coordination

• Order parts and equipment, and stay on top of vendors and suppliers.
• Coordinate deliveries so techs have what they need before they roll to the job.
• Run weekly van stock checks to keep the field teams fully supplied.

Customer Communication & Support

• Be the point of contact customers count on — appointment updates, tech ETAs, and part availability.
• Send timely reminders and status updates so no customer is ever left wondering.
• Answer inbound calls when available and handle overflow related to scheduling and service.
• Follow up on ordered parts and get the customer scheduled the moment items arrive.

CSR Support & Overflow

• Provide phone support during peak times or when the CSR team is stretched.
• Help with outbound maintenance scheduling when needed.

Reporting & System Management

• - Track job completions and service outcomes, keeping ServiceTitan accurate and up to date in real time.
• - Maintain clean records of dispatch activity, communications, and part orders.
• - Run assigned reports and keep management in the loop.

What You Need (Requirements)

• 2 years dispatching or scheduling in HVAC, plumbing, or a home services
• company — this is a must.
• Hands-on ServiceTitan experience — you know the platform and can work it fast and
• accurately. This is a hard requirement.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong multitasking and time management in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional verbal and written communication.
• Comfortable on multi-line phones and everyday office systems.
• Sharp attention to detail — you keep track of a lot of moving parts without dropping any.
• A problem-solver who stays calm under pressure and thinks a step ahead.

Nice to Have

• - Understanding of the Raleigh-Durham geographic service areas.
• - Experience working with vendors or managing supply orders.
