$800–$2,700 /WEEK | SALES REPS WANTED
Door-to-Door | Event Marketing | Telecom Green Home Upside
We’re hiring motivated reps to sell telecom services face-to-face and eventually generate leads for high-ticket green home upgrades (solar, roofing, energy).
If you're willing to put in the hours, talk to people, follow a system, and stay consistent — there is serious earning/growth opportunities here.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Knock doors work events
- Talk to homeowners daily
- Start by sell telecom (fast commissions) (goal 10-15 new activations per week)
- Eventually learn to set up high-ticket green home deals (big payouts)
- Handle objections close

- Green home = $800–$1,700 per deal upside
- Targeted and focused 18-32 hours of field time weekly over 4-5 days. Get in an get out, don't labor and drone on in the field all day long.
PAY (100% commission)
- Trainee: ~$400–$1,000/week
- Avg reps: ~ $800–$1,500/week
- Strong reps: ~$1,250–$3,000 /week
- No cap
WE WANT
- Coachable, driven, athletes, or sales reps
- D2D, solar, telecom, pest, roofing experience = big plus
- Coachable consistent (this is not passive income)
COMPREHENSIVE TRAINING
We provide a graduate-level course in sales fundamentals, behavioral science and psychology
We provide a ton of virtual trainings, in-person orientation, field training and on-going training and support you bring the effort.
No annoying, pointless, long-winded in-person meetings with clapping, loud music and time-wasting fluff.
We have a small core group of reps working around the DMV now. We tailor the training, management and support around where they work, live and the skill-level they are at.
We want to onboard another 5-6 reps to have a small team of six figure earners, that are efficient, earning well and controlling their own schedules.
