🚨 Hiring: Senior C#/.NET Engineer
📍 Location: Morristown, NJ --On-site ---W2
⏳ Duration: 12 Months Contract

Client seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to build and enhance modern banking applications using AI-assisted development tools, cloud technologies, and scalable software architecture. This role will support digital banking initiatives, including payments, lending, fraud prevention, customer onboarding, and account servicing.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop enterprise-grade full-stack applications using React or Angular, C#/.NET, and Python
- Build and maintain APIs, integrations, and microservices architectures
- Leverage AI development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and Claude to accelerate software delivery
- Lead technical design discussions and contribute to architectural decisions
- Manage the full SDLC, including design, development, testing, deployment, and production support
- Collaborate with Cloud and DevOps teams to deliver secure, scalable solutions
- Develop technical documentation and mentor junior developers
- Troubleshoot and optimize applications for performance, reliability, and security
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- 7 years of Full Stack Development experience
- Strong experience with React or Angular, C#/.NET, Python, REST APIs, and microservices
- Hands-on experience using AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, etc.)
- Experience with Azure or AWS cloud platforms
- Strong knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Git, GitHub, and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases, cloud-native architectures, and DevOps practices
- Ability to lead technical initiatives and mentor team members
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred:
- Experience in banking, fintech, payments, lending, or financial services
- Experience designing enterprise-scale applications and distributed systems
- Advanced knowledge of cloud-native development, infrastructure automation, and DevOps methodologies
