Account Delivery Manager
Introduction:
This position requires someone with an End-to-End Ownership Mindset, Strong Customer Credibility & Executive Presence, Operational Excellence with a Value Lens, Ability to Lead and Scale High-Performing Teams, and Strategic Thinking with Execution Rigor. The Delivery Manager/ Account Manager will be responsible for overall accountability for successful project delivery, customer relationship management, business development, and people management.
Responsibilities:
- Accountability for successful delivery of all projects and engagement
- Conduct metrics-based health checks and take corrective actions
- Chair engagement steering committee and operational meetings
- Implement engagement improvement plans
- Oversee operations such as staffing, invoicing compliance, and contract renewals
- Establish and nurture customer relationships
- Contribute to business development and support RFP/pursuits
- Provide performance feedback to line managers
- Offer strategic project and program management guidance
- Motivate and mentor cross-functional project teams
- Resolve conflicts and escalate issues as needed
