Responsibilities
- Host live streaming sessions, showcasing products with energy, clarity, and enthusiasm to captivate viewers.
- Engage with the audience in real-time through chat interactions, answering questions and providing detailed product information.
- Maintain a lively and professional on-camera presence that aligns with brand voice and values.
- Coordinate with the team to prepare for live sessions, including product setup and technical checks.
- Promote upcoming streams and special events across social media channels to maximize viewer participation.
- Monitor viewer feedback during broadcasts to enhance engagement strategies and improve overall experience.
- Ensure all products are presented accurately, highlighting features, benefits, and usage tips clearly and transparently.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a host or host in customer-facing roles such as food service, restaurant service, or hospitality environments.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to connect authentically with diverse audiences.
- Experience working with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus.
- Background in guest services or hotel experience demonstrating excellent guest relations and phone etiquette.
- Familiarity with live streaming tools or platforms is advantageous but not required; training will be provided.
- Ability to think quickly on your feet, adapt to live interactions, and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
