Role Description
This is a part-time, fully remote position for an Executive Assistant at Antravia Advisory. The Executive Assistant will provide vital administrative and executive support to senior leadership.
As the firm grows, we are looking for a part-time executive assistant to support our director and, on a secondary basis, two related entities within the group. This is a varied and genuinely interesting role. You will be close to the work, not at arm's length from it.
What the role involves
Coordinating client onboarding and keeping engagement trackers up to date
Scheduling, calendar management, and follow-up across time zones
Formatting and filing client deliverables and internal documents
Supporting LinkedIn content scheduling across the group's brand pages
Invoice tracking and basic accounts receivable follow-up
General inbox and communications support for the director
Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders will be integral to this role.
Qualifications
- Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance and providing support for executive-level professionals
- Proficiency in managing and handling administrative and financial documentation
- Strong skills in Communication and the ability to effectively coordinate among teams and external stakeholders
- Demonstrated expertise in Administrative Assistance, including scheduling, correspondence, and task management
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a high degree of attention to detail
- Proficiency with productivity tools such as Microsoft Office, email platforms, and calendar systems
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality
- Prior experience providing support in accounting, finance, or advisory services is a plus
