We are seeking a motivated Personal Injury Litigation Attorney with a minimum of 2 years of personal injury experience to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who is looking to gain hands-on litigation experience, manage a steady caseload, and grow within a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. This position is ideal for an attorney who can take ownership of cases and manage them from inception through resolution.
Responsibilities include:
- Handling law and motion practice
- Managing written discovery
- Taking and defending depositions
- Participating in mediations and settlement negotiations
- Preparing cases for trial and trying cases when ready
