Front Counter Customer Service

Antonucci’s Authentic Italian located in Spring Hill TN. The restaurant will be take out only/grab & go concept.

We are now hiring for our restaurant and need the following positions filled for working in our restaurant

Front of House

The purpose of the Front of House Staff is to interact with our customers and ensure they have a great experience. The Front of House Staff must be attentive to our customer needs, and show a willing and enthusiastic attitude towards helping our customers place their orders.

All FOH staff will be responsible for:

• Greeting and welcoming customers
• Answering the phone
• Ensure orders are correct before delivering to customers
• Delivering food to customers in the parking lot
• Taking Orders and entering into the POS System
• Maintains an accurate cash drawer and handles credit card transactions
• Maintain a clean & sanitary work environment, especially in high contact areas
• Communicate effectively with the manager on kitchen staff
• Assist food delivery companies with their orders
• Follow-up with kitchen staff on order status
• Make salads / sandwiches / desserts for to-go orders
• Setup / Takedown salad bar. Wash containers for the next day
• Stock coolers / Salad bar
• Sweep and Mop front of house area
• Wipe down countertops / equipment in FOH
• All other duties as assigned by management in the normal course of work.

Skills & qualifications for all FOH staff

• Has strong verbal communication skills
• Comfortable taking on tasks as assigned by the hospitality management team to ensure daily Front of House/kitchen operations
• Be on time for scheduled shifts
• Available for days, nights and weekend shifts of 5 hours or more.
• Must have Saturday and/or Sunday availability
• Stand and walk for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong organizational, problem solving and analytical skills.
• Versatility, flexibility and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities.

Qualifications for Front of House

• Must be eligible to work in the United States
• You are at least 18 years of age
• Have reliable transportation
• High school diploma or suitable equivalent
• Proven experience in the position of interest
• Wearing and maintaining the prescribed clothing
• Excellent verbal communication and memorization skills
• Great interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Ability to remain composed, particularly during stressful and busy times
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Willingness to perform additional duties to facilitate the restaurant's operations, as needed
