What You’ll Do
- Handle purchasing, ordering and timely delivery
- Monitor inventory levels and implement processes
- Track KPI’s to help in buying and pricing strategies
- Manage supplier and vendor relationships
- Cut, trim, and prepare a variety of meats to high-quality standards
- Create attractive, well-stocked displays that drive sales
- Operate equipment (saws, grinders, slicers) safely and efficiently
- Ensure top-tier freshness, cleanliness, and food safety at all times
- Help customers with custom cuts and recommendations
- Contribute to a positive, team-focused work environment
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a meat cutter or butcher (required)
- Strong knife skills and in-depth knowledge of meat cuts
- Ability to maintain inventory levels within budget and minimize shrink
- A strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Friendly, customer-first attitude
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced family friendly environment
- Ability to stand for long periods and lifting of various items
