Sofo Foods of Georgia is looking for a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to help shape the future of our growing distribution center. What You’ll Do
- Lead and inspire supervisors, team leads, and warehouse associates to achieve operational excellence.
- Drive daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory, fulfillment, and shipping.
- Improve productivity, efficiency, accuracy, and overall performance across the operation.
- Build a culture centered on teamwork, accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
- Analyze operational metrics and implement smart, effective solutions.
- Oversee warehouse systems and operational technologies to support growth and service excellence.
- Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, maintenance, and operational standards.
What We’re Looking For
- 5 years of distribution or warehouse operations management experience.
- 3 years leading teams in a distribution center environment.
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) such as Manhattan, Blue Yonder or BFC Dakota is preferred.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, physically active warehouse environment.
