Antonio’s The Taste of Mexico is hiring motivated Restaurant Servers for our North Taos location.

We’re looking for dependable, positive people who enjoy hospitality, work well with a team, and take pride in making every guest feel welcome. Restaurant experience is welcome, but reliability, professionalism, and willingness to learn matter most.

This is a 24–40 hour/week role with a one-year, performance-based growth opportunity.

Pay starts at a guaranteed $3.5/hour, including base pay and tips. Based on historical North-location results, servers have earned approximately $3,100–$4,800 per month in tips; actual earnings vary by schedule and sales.
