Warehouse III: Can perform most responsibilities of a Warehouse I and
II; may be responsible for cycle counting inventory; may operate PIVs
(powered industrial vehicle) while moving materials; may be assigned to

May be assigned to Picking, Cycle Counting, Material Handling, Shipping
or Receiving, or other areas as business needs require. These are a few
of the tasks a Warehouse III may be required to perform. This list is
not all inclusive and responsibilities may change as the needs of the
business dictate
Perform daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts according to established
schedules
With a high degree of accuracy (greater than 98%), physically count
inventory in assigned locations and compare results to WMS/system
records
Verify item numbers, descriptions, lot numbers, serial numbers, and
quantities
Communicate discrepancies and findings to supervisors, inventory
control, and operations teams
Accurately receive, pick, put away, and relocate products from inventory
locations based on pick lists, RF scanners, or warehouse management
systems (WMS)
With specialized training and permission, may safely operate PIVs while
performing other tasks
Load, unload, move, and stack materials, pallets, and products within
the warehouse
Transport inventory to and from storage locations, staging areas, and
docks
Verify correct items and quantities before moving materials
Perform pre-shift equipment inspections and report mechanical or safety
issues
Prepare and process outbound shipments according to order requirements
and schedules
Verify picked orders for accuracy, quantities, and condition before
shipment
Pack, label, and stage shipments to meet carrier and customer
Requirements
Generate and apply shipping labels, packing slips, and bills of lading
Load trucks and containers safely and efficiently
Coordinate shipments with carriers, drivers, and internal teams
Use WMS, TMS, or shipping software to confirm shipment details
Notifies VSM/VSS of any concerns regarding all HR, Safety, and Security
work policies, specific work instructions, and quality system
requirements.
Behave, speak, and treat others in a respectful manner while supporting
workflow.
Participate in kaizen or improvement project teams
