Role Summary
Anthropologie is seeking a marketing professional to aid in building, coordinating, and communicating the Paid Acquisition marketing communications strategy for Anthropologie Group brands. This role is highly cross-functional where teamwork, innovation, analysis, and strategic thinking are critical aspects of this position’s responsibilities.
The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, asks questions and has a drive to provide growth for the business. It's important to possess an eagerness to innovate, measure, test, sometimes fail, learn, and evolve to implement improved strategy for Anthropologie Group campaigns. This role requires a keen understanding of various digital advertising platforms, strong analytical skills and the ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams.
Role Responsibilities
- Build acquisition channel annual/quarterly/monthly creative strategy that connects business goals, customer mindset, merchandise planning, and acquisition channel asset needs. Including Influencer Whitelisting Selection & Analysis

- Work cross-functionally with creative, merchandising, and analytics teams to incorporate the business vision into paid acquisition programs and messaging strategy
- Analyze and track marketing communications effect on divisional product sales
- Help to build and implement knowledge-sharing systems to effectively track and monitor creative stories against merchandise goals
- Lead Philanthropic Marketing Initiatives
- Execute, monitor and present marketing briefs
- Provide campaign analysis to help generate data-driven recommendations that improve current marketing and business practices to drive profitable demand, customer acquisition, engagement, and retention
- Implement efficient process to ensure workstreams can scale across product divisions
- Contribute to other team projects and initiatives, remaining flexible and willingness to support opportunities to drive the business
- The position demands strong analytical, planning, and multi-tasking skills to achieve business objectives, as well as a keen marketing sense to maximize resonance with target audiences
- Support the implementation of the paid acquisition strategy by effective communication through clear presentations and data-driven outcomes, often at the executive level
Role Qualifications
2-3 years’ experience in marketing
Experience in diagnosing, isolating, and resolving complex issues and implementing strategies to resolve problems
Experience drawing conclusions from campaign results and crafting presentations to exhibit performance trends
Experience working cross functionally with teams to help drive positive results
Experience analyzing channel results and laddering channel insights up to business goals
High degree of project management skill and strong work ethic
Strong organization skills and the ability to meet deadlines
Passion for digital story-telling, staying on top of the changing ecosystem including advertising formats, channels and technologies
Passion for the retail industry and fashion trends
Extreme attention to detail and an innate curiosity and ability to breakdown complex analyses into concise, straightforward recommendations and marketing initiatives
