Anthropologie Group Associate Manager, Digital Marketing

Role Summary

Anthropologie is seeking a passionate and analytical Associate Manager of Programmatic Media to join our growing Digital Marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the full funnel strategic vision of the Programmatic channel for Anthropologie to grow brand awareness, purchase consideration, and revenue growth. You will collaborate with internal creative, analytics, and technology teams to ensure best practices are met when activating and optimizing activations that span Display, Video, CTV and other emerging media. The right candidate will have a strong ability to analyze and optimize programmatic media while being able to translate performance in digestible ways.  

Role Responsibilities

• Develop & execute Programmatic Media campaigns, including Display, Native, Video, and CTV channels in partnership with central technology and analytics teams to support full funnel channel growth.
• Ensure programmatic activations and strategies align with broader business and product divisional goals, leveraging data to clearly communicate impact.
• QA creative, budget, and media plans before activation to ensure accuracy & strategic alignment.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (creative, analytics, media planning) to ensure campaign strategies support overall business goals.
• Lead the testing and implementation of new formats, strategies, and technologies to optimize programmatic media performance.
• Leverage data and insights to continuously refine targeting, creative, bidding strategies, and placements to achieve KPIs.
• Partner with vendors, agencies, and technology providers to stay current on industry best practices, privacy regulations, and ad tech innovations.
• Ensure accurate tracking and attribution by working closely with analytics and central technology teams to maintain proper tagging, pixels, and data integrity.

Role Qualifications

• 4 years programmatic media planning and buying. Hands on keyboard experience managing programmatic campaigns on DSPs such as The Trade Desk, DV360 etc. Experience managing multiple programs in parallel. 
• Ability to analyze complex data sets and clearly translate them into actionable insights.
• Experience with Excel, Tableau, or similar reporting/analytics tools.
• Strong understanding of programmatic media buying and real-time bidding. Familiarity with ad-serving technologies, dynamic creative, attribution tracking and third-party verification platforms.
• A keen eye for detail, ensuring that campaigns are executed flawlessly and continuously optimized.
• Ability to confidently communicate across multiple teams to ensure alignment on strategic goals, performance, and channel innovation.
