About the Opportunity:One of our partnering school districts in Finksburg, Maryland, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Part-Time Speech-Language Pathologist to join their team and support Elementary School Students for the 2025–2026 school year. As an integral part of their team, you’ll work directly with children, families, and staff to provide high-quality, individualized speech and language services. You’ll also benefit from meaningful collaboration with fellow professionals and enjoy access to ongoing support across the district. This district has Special Education Consultants who are available to coach and support all staff members with the special ed process. What You’ll Do: Provide direct speech-language therapy and evaluations to elementary school studentsCollaborate closely with daycare staff, families, and multidisciplinary team members Participate in monthly meetings with the special education team Maintain documentation, contriube to IEP development, and uphold best practices in communication development Caseload Details:Blended caseload of around 25 studentsThe district utilizes PODD AAC, so for any students who benefit from assistive technology, they may be considered for both high-tech and low-tech optionsQualifications: Active Maryland Department of Health SLP License AnthroMed Education Benefits: 401(k) Plan: 100% employer match up to the first 3% of your contribution, starting on day one with no vesting period Professional Development & Support 1:1 support from two of our SLP Clinical Directors Yearly Materials Stipend: $300 for educational and therapy resources
