Occupational Therapist (Part-time, Pre-K)
Location: Flat Rock, MI
Start/End Date: 26-27 School Year; Part-time, three days per week
Grade Levels: Early Childhood
Caseload: This part-time role focuses on working with early childhood students across different preschool buildings
Pay & Benefits:
    Hourly Range: $48.00-$65.00/hour, (W2, paid weekly) based on experience and qualifications.
    Employees who work fewer than 30 hours per week are considered part-time and are eligible for AnthroMed's 401(k) retirement plan. This comes with a 100% employer match up to first 3% employee contribution.

We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to provide onsite therapy and support to Pre-K students in the Downriver Area. This part-time role focuses on working with early childhood students across a variety of needs utilizing both push-in and pull-out models of delivery. You'll work alongside a multidisciplinary team to support students and address their fine motor and sensory regulation needs. Responsibilities
    Provide part-time occupational therapy services to Pre-K students, three days per week.
    Conduct evaluations, develop individualized educational plans (IEPs), and implement evidence-based interventions to address fine motor and sensory regulation needs.
    Collaborate with classroom teachers, parents, and other related service providers to support students' fine motor and sensory regulation skills across both classroom and individual settings.
    Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions, progress reports, and communication with stakeholders.
    Utilize IEP system for management and compliance.
    Participate in team meetings, professional development, and ongoing training opportunities.
    Enjoy a dedicated office space for therapy sessions and planning.

Qualifications
    Active Occupational Therapy license in Michigan (LARA).
    Strong communication and collaboration skills.
