About The Role
As a Scheduler, you’ll play a pivotal role in bringing our projects to life—serving as the key connection between our customers and trusted subcontractor partners. You’ll own the construction timeline from start to finish, coordinating schedules, aligning resources, and keeping every phase of the build moving forward smoothly. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on organization, problem-solving, and relationship-building, and who takes pride in turning complex moving parts into a well-executed plan. Your ability to anticipate challenges, resolve scheduling conflicts, and communicate clearly will directly impact the success of each project and the experience of everyone involved.
General Summary of Position
The Scheduler is a liaison between the customer and the sub-contractors and is responsible for coordinating all sub-contractor activities to complete each phase of construction. Sets schedule/construction timeline on all jobs. Ensure all work orders and necessary paperwork are delivered to each sub-contractor. Resolves any conflicts in scheduling; corrects any miscommunications and maintains relationships with contractors to ensure production can move forward.

High School Diploma or GED Required; Associate degree preferred

Exceptional customer service, organizational, and time management skills

Ability to make decisions related to scheduling

Essential Functions & Responsibilities
- Interact with customers via phone and email regarding project progress, respond to questions, and resolve scheduling-related issues
- Coordinate with the Project Manager to maintain and advance the production schedule
- Communicate with subcontractors to define the construction schedule and maintain working relationships that promote quality workmanship and scheduling efficiency
- Plan project schedules and reorganize as needed based on workflow, project conditions, and vendor availability
- Prepare and distribute work orders to subcontractors and vendors; maintain construction files and update notes within project records
- Produce and maintain accurate construction documentation, including contract addendums, revised plans, incident reports, and material selections
- Copy permits and all project-related paperwork to ensure complete and accurate job files; complete incident reports and maintain in-office tracking spreadsheets
