HVAC Trade Manager

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a strong HVAC Service Manager to lead our technicians, elevate the customer experience, and drive operational excellence.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, train, mentor, and develop HVAC service technicians
• Manage daily service operations, scheduling, and workflow
• Ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction
• Review job performance, technical accuracy, and compliance with company standards
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and performance reviews
• Maintain inventory, equipment, and safety protocols
• Support field technicians with complex diagnostics or escalated issues
• Monitor KPIs, service revenue goals, and team performance
• Communicate effectively with customers, technicians, and office staff
• Promote a culture of professionalism, teamwork, and continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For

• 5 years HVAC service experience; leadership experience preferred
• Strong technical knowledge of residential HVAC systems
• Excellent communication and people‑management skills
• Ability to coach, motivate, and build high-performing teams
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• EPA certification (Required); NATE certification a plus
