You

• Know how to drive results even when the chips are down
• Will cultivate and maintain your existing relationships with industry consultants and trades
• Are familiar with leading Consultants through the working drawing phase and the broader team for this built form
• Communicate priorities with conviction and candor
• Execute on budgets and schedules like an owner
  
  

Your work will revolve around

• Having overall responsibility for projects from design development phase until turnover to Tenants
• Preparation of tender packages and the selection contractors
• Contract administration from award through to project Total Completion
• Providing oversight of the contractor’s execution of work during the construction phase
• Managing the preparation of and submitting and obtaining Building Permits
• Providing value engineering and constructability expertise
• Facilitating and directing material issues to resolution in a timely manner with input from the development and construction teams
• Ensuring and enforcing Quality Control of the finished product
• Delivering projects on schedule, on budget, on vision
• Updating monthly cash flow projections
• Assisting in updating Anthem’s site Safety Practices and enforcing it on site
• Providing estimates/budgets during the various stages of the development process as required
  
  

You have

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience managing all phases of designing and construction of commercial projects (required)
• A thorough understanding of the specific needs, codes and regulations
• Competent computer skills to review and produce project documents and communicate effectively in an online real time environment
• A balance of humility and ambition
