- Are licensed Nurse (LPN or RN) who are confident in their clinical decision-making
- Have experience in senior living, memory care, or long-term care
- Can lead and hold a team accountable, while still being approachable and supportive
- Are comfortable having real conversations with families and physicians, especially during changes in condition
- Understand that documentation, communication, and follow-through are critical to quality care
- Can balance empathy with structure—doing what’s right for the resident while protecting the team and community
- Lead and manage the resident care team, including hiring, training, and performance management
- Complete initial and ongoing resident assessments and maintain care plans
- Oversee medication systems and ensure accuracy and compliance
- Communicate changes in condition with families, physicians, and leadership
- Provide coaching, training, and accountability to care staff across all shifts
- Ensure proper documentation, incident reporting, and regulatory compliance
- Support a culture that aligns with Anthem’s mission and values
- Current, active Nursing license RN or LPN (required – applications without this will not be considered)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in senior living or related setting
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience
- CPR/First Aid certification
