The Corporate Senior Accountant is responsible for managing the accounting operations of the corporate entity, including financial reporting, treasury activities, and intercompany accounting.
This role works closely with the CFO and Controller to ensure accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, and efficient financial operations within a multi-entity organization. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, hands-on, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively across departments.

The Corporate Senior Accountant is responsible for managing the accounting operations of the corporate entity, including financial reporting, treasury activities, and intercompany accounting.

Key Responsibilities
Corporate Accounting & Financial Reporting
- Manage the monthly and year-end close processes for the corporate entity
- Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and maintain general ledger accuracy
- Prepare corporate financial statements and supporting schedules
- Analyze financial results and explain variances and trends
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal financial policies
- Maintain documentation to support audits and financial reporting
- Monitor daily cash activity and perform bank reconciliations
- Manage corporate cash positioning and short-term cash forecasting
- Oversee intercompany cash transactions and settlements
- Maintain banking relationships and online banking controls
- Oversee corporate AP and AR processes to ensure timely payments and collections
- Review coding, approvals, and aging reports
- Manage intercompany transactions and reconciliations across multiple entities
- Support tax filings, audits, and regulatory reporting
- Assist with process improvements and accounting system enhancements
- Provide financial analysis and support for special projects
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5 years of accounting experience (corporate or multi-entity environment preferred)
- Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
- Proficiency with accounting systems and advanced Excel skills
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative environment
