A proven healthcare staffing agency recruiter who knows how to build and grow a profitable desk. Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment and can consistently produce elite GP numbers.
Must-Have Requirements
- Minimum $200,000 in annual Gross Profit (not revenue) production at a healthcare staffing firm (not an internal/corporate talent acquisition or HR role)
- Local and commutable to Long Island, NY (hybrid)
Role Overview
- Run a full recruiting desk in healthcare staffing (sourcing, recruiting, screening, closing, relationship management)
- Manage candidate pipelines across physician, nurse, and/or allied health specialties
- Drive GP growth through consistent placement activity and strong client/candidate follow-through
Who Should Not Apply
- Anyone below $200K GP production
- Anyone without current or very recent healthcare staffing agency experience
- Anyone unable to commute to Long Island, NY
