Compensation: $70,000-$100,000 base uncapped commission (up to 50%) profit sharing

Role Overview

• Run a full 360 desk across business development, recruiting, and account management
• Develop and grow relationships with financial institutions, investment firms, and alternative asset managers
• Execute searches ranging from mid-level professionals through senior executive leadership
• Build long-term candidate pipelines within highly specialized financial markets
• Partner with internal research and delivery teams to maximize production
• Leverage one of the industry's strongest technology and market intelligence platforms

Candidate Requirements

• 3-8 years of executive search/direct hire recruiting experience
• Experience running a true 360 desk (BD, Recruiting, Account Management)
• Consistent annual production history:
• ~$400K for emerging producers
• ~$500K for established recruiters
• ~$600K preferred for senior hires
• Strong business development and client ownership capabilities
• Financial services recruiting experience preferred
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build a long-term business
