We are seeking exceptional, commercially-driven Executive Search Partners and Directors to join a highly respected, rapidly expanding search firm across the US.
This is a strategic, pure 360° commercial role designed for senior recruiters ready to move from simply running a desk to building their own profitable, equity-track practice, backed by a powerful national brand and a dedicated delivery team.

What You'll Do (The 360° Mandate):
- Net New Business Development: Aggressively win retained and exclusive executive search mandates within your sector of expertise. This is a revenue-generating sales role first and foremost.
- P&L Ownership: Operate with full commercial autonomy over your practice, responsible for managing the full lifecycle from lead generation and client briefing to successful placement.
- Client Leadership: Serve as a trusted advisor to senior clients, driving the commercial relationship and project delivery.
Your Background (The Commercial Requirement):
- 5 years of success in Agency-Side 360° Recruitment or Executive Search (strictly not Talent Acquisition, RPO, or internal recruitment).
- Deep, demonstrable track record of winning NEW business and managing complex sales cycles (e.g., cold-to-retained client conversion).
- Proven sector knowledge in one of the following: Technology, Financial Services/Finance, Healthcare, Life Sciences, BioTech, or Pharmaceuticals.
- A genuine, measurable entrepreneurial drive with evidence of commercial autonomy.
The Rewards:
- Base Salary: $\$100,000 – \$200,000$ (DOE).
- Earning Potential: High six-figure OTE with an industry-leading, uncapped commission structure.
- Career: Clear path toward equity ownership or building and leading your own team.
