Position Overview:
We at Antal Audio Group, Inc., are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Technical Support Specialist to join our team full-time. This role combines customer-facing technical support with hands-on operational responsibilities in a small warehouse environment. The ideal candidate is technically inclined, highly organized, and comfortable balancing multiple responsibilities throughout the day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide responsive and professional technical support to customers via phone, email, and/or chat
- Troubleshoot product issues and guide customers through solutions
- Process returned products, including inspection, testing, and documentation
- Perform refurbishment and reconditioning of returned items to meet quality standards
- Maintain accurate inventory of products, components, and parts
- Organize and manage stock within a small warehouse setting
- Assist with shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment as needed
- Document technical issues and contribute to internal knowledge resources
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in technical support, IT helpdesk, or a related field preferred
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Basic understanding of electronics, hardware, or software systems
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Comfortable performing hands-on tasks, including light warehouse work
- Proficiency with basic computer systems and inventory tracking tools
- Ability to lift and move packages as needed
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
