No previous PCB industry experience is required—we provide training for every aspect of the position. However, experience with electronics, SMT components, purchasing, logistics, or inventory management is a strong advantage.
What You'll Do
Procurement & Project Support
- Purchase electronic components and materials for production and engineering projects.
- Work with suppliers to obtain pricing, availability, and lead times.
- Create purchase orders and coordinate with Accounts Payable.
- Ensure projects are fully procured, kitted, and ready for production.
- Support engineering with one-off prototype and R&D purchases.
Logistics
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments using UPS, FedEx, and DHL.
- Create shipping labels, documentation, and shipping memos.
- Support receiving, routing, and project kitting.
- Manage high-priority shipping requests and communicate status with customers and internal teams.
- Coordinate reverse logistics and work with Accounting to close completed shipments.
Inventory Management
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts.
- Verify component traceability and quantity-on-hand.
- Organize inventory locations and maintain associated spreadsheets.
- Provide inventory updates and feedback to project stakeholders.
What We're Looking For

- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn.
- Able to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Comfortable learning new software systems.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with SMT electronic components (resistors, capacitors, ICs, etc.).
- Ability to read or learn to reference electronic component datasheets.
- Previous experience in purchasing, logistics, inventory control, manufacturing, or electronics.
- College coursework or related experience is a plus, but not required.
Physical Requirements
- Regular lifting of up to 40 lbs.
- Frequent standing, bending, kneeling, and moving throughout the facility.
