A high-growth AI & data-focused technology organisation is scaling its commercial Customer Success function globally following continued enterprise growth.
They’re looking to hire a Senior Customer Success Manager into a highly commercial, revenue-owning environment focused heavily on expansion, strategic account growth and long-term customer value.
The role will suit somebody who enjoys operating strategically with enterprise stakeholders whilst still being commercially driven and target-oriented.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Managing a portfolio of c.30 enterprise/upscale accounts
• Owning retention, expansion and revenue growth across your customer base
• Driving upsell and cross-sell opportunities
• Building strategic relationships across customer organisations
• Working closely with Sales and wider GTM teams
• Helping customers maximise adoption and long-term value
• Operating within a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environment
What They’re Looking For
• 3–7 years’ experience within Customer Success, Account Management
• Strong experience within revenue-focused Customer Success environments
• Proven track record of upselling, cross-selling and growth
• Experience managing large or strategic customer accounts
• Tech-savvy and commercially minded
• Background within AI, SaaS, EdTech or modern technology businesses would be advantageous

• Up to $105,000 (DOE)
