Ansible Government Solutions, LLC (Ansible) is currently recruiting for a Medical Technologist (Medical Laboratory Scientist, Clinical Laboratory Scientist) to support the Dayton VA Medical Center located at 4100 West Third Street, Dayton, OH 45428. Available shift schedules include days and evening. If you accept employment with Ansible, you must also acknowledge that any assigned schedule is subject to change at the direction of either Ansible or its customers.

Responsibilities
- Perform moderate and high complexity laboratory testing
- Analyze, verify, and accurately report test results
- Complete STAT testing within 60 minutes of receipt
- Communicate critical values to providers and document read‑back
- Perform and document quality control (QC) and proficiency testing
- Maintain and troubleshoot laboratory instrumentation
- Manage reagents, supplies, and inventory
- Follow laboratory SOPs, CLIA, CAP, Joint Commission, and VA standards
- Maintain accurate documentation of results, QC, and maintenance
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and patient safety regulations
Qualifications
- Minimum 24 months of experience
- Must hold one of the following certifications:
- MLS (ASCP BOC or AMT)
- MT (ASCP BOR or AMT)
- Categorical or Specialist certification (ASCP or AMT)
- No sponsorship available
All candidates must be able to:
- Sit, stand, walk, lift, squat, bend, twist, and reach above shoulders during the work shift
- Lift up to 50 lbs from floor to waist
- Lift up to 20 lbs
- Carry up to 40 lbs a reasonable distance
- Push/pull with 30 lbs of force
