Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Manager, Business Development to identify, shape, and advance new opportunities that strengthen ANAB's impact across industries. In this highly visible role, you will lead business development initiatives, foster relationships with regulators and industry partners, and help drive growth in both training and accreditation activities.
The ideal candidate will have experience with ISO standards, certification, and accreditation, and a strong ability to translate opportunities into successful programs.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, research, and act on business opportunities across private industry and government sectors.
Partner with operations to transition and implement new business opportunities.
Network with regulators and specifiers to create growth opportunities, including representing ANAB at conferences and industry committees.
Lead cross-functional teams in the development of new accreditation programs.
Promote cross-selling across ANAB, ANSI, and subsidiaries.
Build and maintain ANAB's reputation for impartiality, competence, and professionalism.
What We're Looking For
Strong understanding of business development, sales, and marketing.
Experience with ISO standards, certification, and accreditation strongly preferred.
Knowledge of government networking, sales, and federal contracting.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and lead cross-functional teams.
Excellent written, listening, and verbal communication skills.
Willingness to work a flexible schedule and travel both domestically and internationally.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required.
15 years of related experience preferred.
Program or project management experience with demonstrated success in delivering results.

Starting compensation will be in the $100,000 to $140,000 range, depending on location, education, experience, and other qualifications.
