$100,000—$141,000 USD

Position Summary
ANSER is seeking a Quality Management Expert to develop, implement, and maintain ISO 9001-compliant quality management systems for the Enabling Biotechnologies (EB) office.
Day To Day Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain QMS documentation for DBPAO.
- Ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
- Lead implementation of ISO 9001 quality systems.
- Conduct internal and external QMS audits.
- Track corrective and preventive actions.
- Train personnel on quality processes and standards.
- Provide recommendations for continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support development of quality policies and procedures.
- Prepare audit reports and leadership briefings.
- Ensure compliance with DoD and industry quality standards.
- Collaborate across teams to integrate QMS processes.
- Active Secret clearance.
- MBA in Technology Management.
- 10 years’ experience CBRN related programs.
- Prior experience in managing quality management and ISO Certification programs.
- Possess ASQ Certified Quality Auditor.
- Possess Spark Power User 3.4 certification.
- Demonstrated understanding of ISO 9001 and QMS best practices.
