School Bus Driver

Anser Charter School, located in Garden City, Idaho, is currently hiring School Bus Drivers for full-time positions that include facility maintenance hours. Anser operates morning and afternoon routes for daily student transport, plus additional daytime driving for field trips. Positions are available beginning in August for the 2026-2027 school year. Responsibilities: Safely transport students, staff, and others to and from school and school-related activities Conduct daily inspections of assigned bus, ensuring cleanliness and safe operation Refuel, clean, and prepare bus for service as needed Complete all required record-keeping, training, and emergency procedure drills Maintain order and discipline on the bus; report incidents and work collaboratively for student safety Perform other duties as assigned to support safe and efficient transportation Safe operation of wheel chair lift and transport of children who use wheelchairs Attend trainings as required Work as a team with other drivers, students, parents and school personnel to ensure the safety of Anser students and other passengers Perform routine custodial and maintenance duties as assigned to ensure a clean and safe school Employment Details: Job Type: Full Time Schedule: Day shift, Monday–Friday, school year calendar Work Location: In person Must reliably commute or plan to relocate to Garden City, ID 83714 before starting
